“There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again”

“Check in lady was not too welcoming, but the property was well maintained, well landscaped, with nice view of ocean & pier from our room & good location close to bars & restaurants. Close to malecon & nice sunsets.”

“Terrible hard push to sell Timeshare. Felt like a hostage situation , multiple calls. Ended up steering clear of the concierge and avoiding the welcome breakfast losing $40 because we didn’t show. Not too bothered about the $40 loss in place of avoided hearse sale tactics. Terrible to be bombarded and forced in to listening to timeshare pitch before even getting to our room or been given the keys . Only escorted to the room once we had listened to the initial Sales pitch. I do not recommend this……

“This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. The facility is one highest locations in the area. From that vantage point you dine or have cocktails from an unforgettable setting. The staff is friendly and are unrelenting in their efforts to make your stay truly memorable. They arranged taxis, airport connections, in room dining. The location is a very short ride up the hill which gives privacy yet access to the romantica area for a $5-$7 Uber or taxi ride. They even changed small……

“We stayed in the wild room. Well worth the extra cost. Loved the outdoor shower and tub. They provide you with Vervan products (absolutely the best skin and hair products in Mexico). The bed was super comfortable, the room was spacious and the complementary wine was a great touch. We didn't use the pool but it was really clean and well maintained. The breakfast was superb. Not a lot of options for dining or shopping close by but everything you need is only a couple of miles away. ”

La ubicación es excelente, las camas cómodas, es un lugar que funciona perfecto para llegar a descansar y estar fuera todo el día. Destaca la limpieza, por todos lados se puede percibir y oler el cuidado que tienen para limpiar ”
