“It is located at a safe area of the city. The room is of very decent size. Wide selection of food in breakfast. Offers customers two free bottles of water a day. However, nobody opened the door for us after we got out of taxi or offered to help with our luggage until we reached the check-in counter. The hotel and the facilities are also a bit aged. It is a pretty good hotel, but it doesn’t quite match the typical Ritz Carlton standard.”

“Absolutely incredible place to stay. We mainly spoke with Daniel and he provided top notch service. He made my girlfriend and I feel very welcome and was more than happy to answer my questions and give recommendations. The hotel itself is stunning. The front common area has huge fireplace and a lot of windows which gives a great view of the mountains. The breakfast that was included was wonderful too. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone considering staying.”

“El lugar es espectacular. Las habitaciones son bastante cómodas y limpias. Cuenta con 2 piscinas habilitadas y un salón de juegos cómodo para divertirse un rato. Además, cuenta con una tinaja HotTub muy buena por la cual no se debe cancelar nada extra. Respecto al desayuno es muy completo y bastante variado, puntual en la hora y muy rico. Una grata sorpresa en El Cajon del Maipo.”
