“This property has everything you need to make you comfortable. The host really took the time to make sure the bed was extremely comfortable, the towels were very absorbant and all the necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, soaps were provided. Very nice attention to detail. Really appreciated the supply of coffee and everything needed in the kitchen. The ambience is friendly and relaxing.”

“Condo was as presented on line. Comfortable place to spend a couple nights while exploring Durango. The stairs into the unit from the parking lot provided a few extra steps. :) Also note that the loft bedroom was warm ...we used the fans provided but found it a bit challenging to get cooled down. Not a big deal, just fyi.. Convenient drive to downtown. I would stay here again.”

“Small but efficient. It was around 90 degrees which I was told was hotter than normal but the little a/c window units could not keep up during peak of heat. Very Clean and everything worked well. ”

“If you're looking for a place to stay that's close to Durango, this is the condo for you! Our family stayed here for Spring Break and it was like home away from home. From the amazing view of the mountains to comfy, cozy beds, this condo had all of the amenities we needed and more! We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be back! ”

“You need to leave lights on for night arrivals. Also you need to be explicit about the 3rd floor. I am 75 and my sister is 80 and the 3 flights of stairs were very difficult for me. Other wise the unit was great.”
