“I believe it's the furnished basement of the house with its own entrance. There's a bedroom, sitting area, bathroom/shower, A/C, microwave, mini fridge, iron, TVs. It's nothing fancy but was suitable for my needs (a decent place to sleep and shower). It's in walking distance of several stops along the North-Metro railroad, Target, the shopping mall, and Sarah Lawrence College. Convenient location to everything I needed since I didn't have a car. The price was reasonable. I will likely stay……

“Aesthetically-pleasing apartment with large balcony with partial Hudson River view. Perfect location for what we needed, including being able to walk to the train to NYC. Also key that there is a parking space. Planning to book again.This apartment is ideal for 2 people as the sofa is not comfortable for sleeping. “This property was at most the horrible experience. Property is not at all where it states on the website. When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. We stood for a week and they came at the second to last day of our stay. It was cold every morning and the windows were patched with garbage bags. “The place was a great base for us when we visited family in NJ and NY. Super clean, very comfortable beds, and easy parking and check in. One bedroom and bathroom are in the basement, in case anyone in your party is mobility limited. The upstairs neighbors do make a little normal noise, sometimes later at night, so maybe bring earplugs if you are a very light sleeper. ”

“Loved everything about this place! Plenty of space for everyone, great location four minutes from the commuter train, having offstreet parking was a huge blessing! So much good I could say about this property, communication was wonderful, and having a laundromat just steps down the street was perfect for a laundry refresh in our trip!
