“The kitchen is very well stocked. The location was close to all k needed. They were fast and clear in communication. The house was easy to find and get in and out of. ”

“Cozy cottage was very clean and comfortable. Its location is in a quiet neighborhood, short walking distance to restaurants and shops on Cherry street and Utica Square. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay there again. ”

“Staying at this property was like staying at your Grandma's house. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, but the house is older and has not seen recent renovations. The inside is comfortable and filled with antiques, but the beds and linens are older. It is clean and well-kept, but not up-to-date. The home had plenty of space for our family of five including 3 different tables for eating meals and playing games. The washing machine and dryer work, but we did not use any of the kitchen……

“The house looks nice from the outside.inside is nice as well. The lack of comfortable furniture to sit on was one of our complaints they have a futon couch, coffee table and a tv in the living room and that was it. Only bed and end table in bedroom no tv or dressers ”

“There were no cleaning supplies in the kitchen so after I was done making a meal all I had toClean with was a bathroom wash cloth and just water. 409 or some kind of cleaning product would have been nice. Both of the propane tanks ran out while we were there.”
