The outdoor was so peaceful and had all sorts of outdoor games that everyone enjoyed. Evening were perfect sitting out on the decks and simply enjoying the beautiful sunsets. “The house was very spacious with a lot of closet space and drawers. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had more than enough plates, cups, silverware and pots and pans. There were also a lot of towels and washcloths. Beautiful views, especially sunsets, from the deck. The host promptly returned all of my text messages. We enjoyed our stay.”

The property is very private and such a lovely escape from it all. We cook a lot and the kitchen was well appointed. We didn't wanter anything during our stay. I wish we could stay here for our daughter's graduation from a nearby college but not surprisingly it is booked. ”

“We found ourselves in wrightsville for my son’s wedding at Lauxmont Farms. Since we live 1 1/2 hours away we needed a place close to the venue for all the weekend activities. Rivers edge proved to be the perfect place. Only 2 miles from the venue made it super convenient. Being right on the river helped us have a beautiful relaxing weekend. The property is spectacular. The owners were very quick to answer all questions. They also were able to provide us with a great recommendation……
