The house was clean but could use some updating
"The house was clean but could use some updating. The one toilet was not screwed to the floor. The one bedroom the blinds were a little broken. But over all it was a good stay and would recommend to other renters"

"My wife and I have passed at AOAA and have stayed in multiple places nearby, but for AOAA, nearby is half an hour or more! This place is 13 minutes from AOAA, out in a beautiful wooded area with a pond, has a nice long driveway to fit my trailer, and is very well kept. The host was very responsive ..."
