"The staff was extremely friendly. I did have a few issues with our shower water leaking and an uneven floor. I was concerned about the floor being uneven, which could’ve caused a floor slip or someone to fall."

"Eric was very helpful. I had a problem come up that was unrelated to the Hotel room, but rather parking specific. He was able to assist me with it and it was very much appreciated.
