“Im August 2024 haben wir für 2 Wochen in der Casa Lautone unsere Ferien verbracht. Unser großzügiges Appartement war im 3. Stock, welches über einige Treppen (insgesamt 56 Stufen) zu erreichen ist. Außerdem im Erdgeschoss ein Bad mit Dusche sowie eine weitere Küche. Draußen gibt es zwei Bereiche mit Tischen und Stühlen. Dazu einen großen Aufstell-Pool. Im 1. “Superb holiday in a beautiful home & villa, very well looked after by the fabulous Sunny who is a real asset to this property. We loved the outside spaces, pool, views, landscape, proximty to train station for an easy commute to Rome & lots of supermarkets for easy self-catering. We would recommended days in Rome & Tivoli. “Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus von Michela. Die Lage und Zufahrt zum Ferienhaus ist zwar etwas abenteuerlich dafür wird man aber mit einem wunderschönen Haus in toller Lage belohnt. Wir haben das Haus als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge nach Rom genutzt. Das Haus war der perfekte Ausgleich nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt. Bei Fragen war Michela immer für uns erreichbar. “Beautiful traditional family house. Amazing views. Lovely pool. I swam most days. Peaceful setting that we did not want to leave. Stayed for a month!. Giorgio and his sister were very helpful. Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. Umberto on hand next door if there is a problem. Bliss....”

“We stayed at La Cucina after Christmas. The villa is in a picturesque olive orchard and the grounds were lovely. Giuseppe was very flexible with our early check-in and showed us all the features in the house. We were lucky to have sunny weather, and we enjoyed the outdoor ping pong table. Traveling with children, we appreciated the washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and the rooms warm and comfortable. We had a drainage problem with one of the showers and Giuseppe had someone in to……
