Charming 3-Bedroom Home with A/C, Private Beach Access, and Large Terrace in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc

IMMOLOC ARDECHE offers this air-conditioned house located in the southern Ardèche region in the town of Vallon Pont d'Arc, close to the town center and Ruoms, less than a 10-minute drive away.
We invite you to discover this house, which can accommodate up to 5 people.
You'll enjoy a garden of approximately 1000m², a covered terrace, and river access, a 5-minute walk away on a private beach at a campsite.
The house consists of a living area with a TV, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
You'll find two bedrooms with a double bed (140cm) and a third bedroom with a sofa (80cm), as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet.
TV and washing machine included.
Let yourself be charmed by all the amenities of this villa and the tranquility of the neighborhood.
END-OF-STAY CLEANING, BED LINEN, and TOWELS are not included, optional.

Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
