“Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette très jolie demeure isolée ,assez atypique , parfaite pour une famille nombreuse ,où entre amis . Les deux espaces de vie sont appréciés, notamment par les enfants , adolescent et jeunes adultes qui ont ainsi pu trouver leur indépendance. La piscine est très agréable les jours de forte chaleur . Il y a différents espaces de vie où chacun peut trouver un endroit calme et reposant . L’hôte répond dans un délai très rapide a toutes……

“We were very comfortable and enjoyed the peaceful setting. The house is well set up with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Close to lovely hill towns and many wineries. Excellent restaurant, Il Rientro in the village of Collemancio and pizzeria in Limione. Large grocery store in Cannara. Go to Bevagna for the best fresh pasta, bakery alimentari and a variety of delicious restaurants. The entire area is full of history. Assisi, Spello, Trevi, Montefalco, Foligno, Deruta, I could go on. The……

“Honestly we were so happy with our stay in this gorgeous home in Spello. I have no doubt that if we return to Italy, we will return to Spello and hopefully stay here again. The view from the patio was unreal and the accommodation itself was very charming. Our check in process was great, the host was so lovely with showing us around and getting us settled in. We could not recommend this stay enough.”

“Huset er meget smukt og stort med plads til mange. Vi var 16. Det er smukt indrettet og der er aircondition i alle rum. Der er 4 køleskabe med frys. Udsigten fra terassen var fantastisk og poolen kæmpestor. Pool området var hyggeligt og her har vi nydt mange Timer. Franca vores vært er utroligt serviceminded og løser alle problemer der opstår med det samme! Hun svarer via Whats app med det samme når man skriver til hende! Hun arrangerede også en pizza aften og en italiensk aften for os. Det var……

“Our three week stay in Renato’s flat was absolutely perfect. The apartment was fresh, clean, tastefully decorated, and had magnificent vistas from every window. The bed was large and super comfy. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the outdoor grill. The gardens were immaculate. And the views! Assisi to one side, Spello to the other, and beautiful Bettona at sunset — breathtaking! Renato was a stellar host, so kind and helpful. We can’t recommend this property enough!”

“Four of us stayed for two nights while visiting Assisi. We were met by the owner who helped us “move in”. All amenities are as advertised. All of the artwork and collectibles enhanced its beauty. The terrace is large and provides a stunning view of the Umbrian countryside. The host made dinner reservations for us in a wonderful local restaurant called Taverna dell Orso. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Umbria.”

“The house is a charming old house with all the aminities one needs. Every day the pool is cleaned by Gabrielle, a very nice old man. The house is beautifully located in the hills above de valey of Spoleto and in fact on the pilgrims road between Spoleto and Assisi. We made some beautiful walks. The garden is shaded en well suited for dogs. Ours loved it. We certainly hope to return.”
