“We had 9 in our group (5 adults and 4 children). There was more than enough room for all of us. The property is well maintained in a quiet private community. We had all the cooking supplies we needed to celebrate our Thanksgiving. The pool table, ping pong table and hot tub out back are an added bonus. The host is extremely responsive. “This house on the lake was perfect for our weekend getaway! The view was amazing and my favorite part of the day, was making coffee and walking out to the end of the dock, watching the water glisten…it was so peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be coming back here for another stay! Thank you so much!”

“The home was clean and well stocked, though the tap water has a strong sulfur smell so bring some bottled water if that would bother you. There are squirrels making a home in the eaves and will chatter territorially while you sit on the deck, but they're cute.... noisy but cute. We had hoped to be somewhere near the lake, but the close by lake front areas were privately owned so there were no lake views nor lake access for walks along the shore. Kayaks were available but the canal was uninviting……

“Have stayed in many rentals and this kitchen was the best stocked have seen! Would work perfectly when you can be outdoors, but tight for the number of beds when it is too cold to be outside - just how it is in the historical lake houses. Owners are phenomenal, very responsive and thoughtful!”

“Rebecca our beautiful host provided us with the perfect place to stay in comfort with our dogs. She has a beautiful kitchen with everything we needed to cook or grill. If you want to go out, Rebecca owns a very good restaurant right down the road where you can dine. Our favorite part was relaxing on the beautiful deck with a great view of the yard and gardens and swimming in the pool. There were thoughtful touches provided like wine, charcuterie, biscotti and a rose on the nightstand to greet……
