“We were in the area to attend our son's senior recital at SUNY Fredonia. The house was perfect for our family. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice selection of games and my son and his friend loved the tandem bike! The view was amazing, I can only imagine how nice it would be in warmer weather. ”

We had such a great time enjoying the local wineries as well. There was plenty of space in the house and it has everything you need. The trail to the fire pit was the best! The stars are amazing at night with the most beautiful sunsets! The host was very communicative, available, and gracious. Would definitely recommend!”

We survived because we brought everything we needed from our house. We did not receive any instructions prior to the rental and there were no instructions at the house for check-in and checking out procedures, internet/tv access or information on the local area.
