“The smell of this place was overwhelming as soon as you walk in. Based on that alone I would not stay here again. This is also advertised as a duplex and it is not a duplex. It’s an apartment complex with some questionable neighbors. The carpet needs to be replaced or a deep clean at the very least. The things this place does have going for it are location is convenient and communication with the host was very quick when we were confused about check-in. ”

“Stayed with my family and the place was fantastic. It is a second floor walk up so be aware stairs are required. Parking is a bit of a hassle but most days we didn't have any issues and the public lot is a very short walk. Place was well equipped and themed in a fun way. Easy drive to campus the strip.”
