The communication between day and night shift staff at the front desk was not fluid, so I had to address the same issue twice and took long time.... my stay was split and had to move to different unit because of the availability. I would not recommend the studio unit for the price it charged. Poor internet connection”

Had to ask for a frying pan as none existed in the room Parking is an issue. The listing needs to make it clear that parking is only available in nearby garages”

“Is excellent for everything that is required for a short stay, location, cleanliness inconvenience. The key pick up was easy, only a block away, and it was an easy 10 minute walk from the train and only a 20 minute walk to BC place. The accommodations were nothing fancy, but of what you’re looking for is a central location to explore the city with a full kitchen and comfortable bed, this would be an excellent choice. Good experience

"Great experience staying at this hotel for seven nights. There is enough space for two children to jump around. The factory building has an oven and microwave for simple cooking. The bathroom is tiled and very clean. There is also a swimming pool and sauna in the building, so you can relax after a day's journey. The location is very close to the city center and public transportation. The security is also very good. It is very close to Costco and supermarkets within walking distance. All in all, it was a great experience and I recommend it to everyone."
