Portland is only 10-15 minutes away, and PDX Airport is a quick 20-25 minute drive. Enjoy the best of both worlds—city convenience in the front for convenience and a tranquil retreat with lush gardens and fruit trees in the back for relaxation.
There are signs posted along multiple fence lines restricting guest access to the acreage behind the house including the barn and other smaller sheds. We kindly ask that guests do not disturb these areas as they are preserved for the owner and the wildlife living among the land.
This well-preserved 1960s ranch-style brick home is full of charm and character, originally built as the final addition to the homestead by the original farmer. Nestled between a fruit orchard and a lush natural backdrop, it feels like a hidden gem among the neighboring properties.
The warm wood floors and eclectic furniture create a welcoming atmosphere, with each bedroom thoughtfully designed with plush bedding, soft lighting, and vintage details for a restful stay.
The second bathroom is split into a separate shower and separate toilet (space is limited) in the laundry / mud room so be mindful that the main bathroom in between the bedrooms is shared.
Outside, the backyard is a seasonal delight, transforming into a vibrant oasis when the flowers are in bloom. Depending on the time of year, you might even find fresh fruit ready for picking.
Convenient transportation options are readily available. A nearby bus station provides easy access to public transit, while third-party transportation services offer additional flexibility. For those driving, the property is well-situated with easy access to main roads, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
The fireplace in the living room and the wood stove in the basement are unusable. Please refrain from attempting to use them as they are safety hazards due to being so old and are not regularly maintained.
This house is monitored by multiple exterior security cameras due to its location on a busy road across from multiple businesses. We also have decibel monitors throughout the house to ensure its *peaceful vibe* is upheld for neighboring folks during quiet hours 10PM-7AM.
Due to the wildlife that also share the luscious backyard acreage, we kindly ask that you leave your furry friends at home for their safety.
