This basement suite boasts one inviting spacious bedroom with an extra big queen bed. The living room offers a cozy stackable single bed for extra guests. The unit has its own entrance and independent space. You can enjoy amenities like high-speed WiFi, Netflix, and washer/dryer machine. The house is located in the well-known neighborhood - Kerrisdale, a true definition of a classic west side Vancouver neighborhood. Lush, towering mature trees guard pristine character homes and lead to an exceptional full service village at the heart of the community. The property is close to everything - 10 min drive to UBC, 15 min drive to YVR airport, 15 min drive to Downtown Vancouver, 5 min walk to bus stops ride to Canada Line skytrain station, downtown, UBC and Richmond. Many Vancouver major parks and beaches are nearby. The house has good bones but with lower ceiling height up to 7.1 feet.

Basement apartment is a perfect place to stay while enjoying all the city has to offer. It is close to UBC and relatively close to the Kitsilano Beach area. The layout is perfect for two couples or a family. The main shared spaces include the kitchen, bathroom and apartment entry. The two rooms offer separate sleeping areas that have been thoughtfully set up for potential use as shared spaces as well - offering an office space (i.e., desk) or table for 4 to sit and eat, and sitting areas to relax. I would stay here again.

This space worked perfectly for my family during our two-week stay in Vancouver. Great location and all of the necessary amenities - plus welcoming snacks waiting for us!Our host was responsive, polite and accommodating. We are very grateful for having had this experience.
