Renter beware! The unit is absolutely filthy!! Dead bugs, dirty floors/walls, shower not clean, dishes put away dirty and growing mold, fridge stunk and was filthy, no supplies (not even left enough toilet paper!) kitchen is not stocked and the list goes on! This unit absolutely stunk of sewage that the owner is trying to mask with air fresheners hidden throughout, bug larva was everywhere, counters, bathrooms, bedrooms. We did not receive any check in information prior to arrival and had to wait to hear from the owner. After complaining about lack of supplies we received a few extra 4 days after arriving since there was no response from the owner. After arriving I had to clean the unit from top to bottom and filed a complaint during our stay asking for a refund of the cleaning fee since it was cleaner then when we arrived. The owner has not responded and has done nothing. I would never recommend anyone staying at this unit. Lack of communication from the owner, unit is disgustingly dirty, the smell is unbearable. Do not waste your hard earned money like we did! It was our one family vacation we take a year and so much of my time was spend cleaning and doing laundry and purchasing necessary supplies out of my own pocket. So disappointed for our two young children who had to keep an indoor pair of shoes on during our entire stay. Construction site across the street starts at 7am every morning so good luck sleeping in. Do not rent this unit!
