Welcome to our cozy home in Brookswood, BC! Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood at 204& 42A Avenue, close to George Preston Recreation Centre, charming 3 bedroom offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. This spacious 3 bedroom house is ideal for families, couples, or solo travelers seeking a relaxing getaway.

Note: The front of yard can park big trucks.
The laundry room is downstairs. Our tenants and we live downstairs, so please keep it quiet.
This is beautiful 2 story house , you will be living in Entire upper floor, you have your own entrance with smart locks and 2 security cameras .

NOTE: The basement entry already rented to 2 lovely, quiet and responsibility tenants. They have their own entrance and own space , they won’t go upstairs or sharing anything with you during your stay ☺️.
A/C is a bonus for the hot summer! Schools, rec & all amenities near!

Worth the stay
