The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. However the noise levels in the rooms were like you were sleeping with the people in the next room, walls very thin. Lastly the homeless on the street was a more than I was comfortable with. I realize there is nothing the hotel can do about that, but still a bit scarry.

This hotel is a mixed bag. The building itself is neat and it is finished nicely inside (going for "young & urban" vibe) and felt clean. The front desk staff are very courteous and they text you frequently asking how things are going. If only they actually would do anything about it when you explain it's not going well at all. Our problem was a horrible noise and vibration that woke us up repeatedly the first few nights. It was like being inside an air conditioner or loud refrigerator, but literally the whole room vibrated and made a buzzing sound for like 5 minutes every 15-20 minutes or so. The first time it woke me I thought it must be a train going right by the room (but on the 5th floor). It must be some kind of mechanical action going on in the walls or between floors. I told them about it via text, and they kept saying they'd come up to look at it or do something for me, but they never did. Said they were full and couldn't change us to another part of the hotel although website seemed to suggest rooms available. Ended up getting earplugs and noise machine app on my phone, and putting towels between where the bed frame met the floor to try to dampen the vibrations and sleep through it.

Great Hotel and great experience! The noise from the street was a little much (beyond their control I know) and the service in the restaurant later in the evening was horrible! But the dinner time staff was incredible! Front desk was amazing as well!! The food we had was amazing except for the chicken bites the last were on the appy menu….very very greasy (we did complain) Overall stay though was great for the one night we stayed 4.5 out of 5

Is a great experiencie in this visit to Vancouver, no to far from the Vancouver Conference Center.

When we arrived with a lot of luggage we imediatly got a free upgrade which was very welcome. The staf was very helpful and friendly and we had both nights very delicious diners. Also the breakfasts were very complete.

The property itself was updated and clean, staff were nice. The location is in the “entertainment” district, so if that’s what you’re going for it’s excellent - I don’t suggest for families as the street activity in the immediate area is not very family friendly.
