Beautiful, modern, centrally located 2 bedroom suite. Just a seven minute walk to Burnaby's jewel, Deer Lake Park, and downtown Vancouver is only 20 min away. Great Skiing is 35-45 Minutes away at Grouse, Seymour and Cypress Mountains. 1 1/2 Hours away to Whistler. Visit the famous Stanley Park which is only 30 Min away. We have the ocean the mountains and the best nature has to offer. Burnaby is centrally located to every city in Greater Vancouver. Enjoy the night life and all the great restaurants we have here. You can also just hang out in the back yard and chill or have a BBQ at home and enjoy a good book and a glass of wine.
Dog friendly with boarding option( sorry no cats due to allergies ).

Great Vancouver stay
Clean with everything needed for a stay. 30 minutes at most from any Vancouver attraction, and just a few minutes from food and coffee. Polite host that didn't disturb us. Low departure requirements. Will stay again!

A well priced 2 brm flat below house. Occupants upstairs very quiet and didnt know they were there. Kitchen well organised and everything you need for a family to stay for longer time time if neededsauces/condiments available.

My prior review spoke of ease of check in and property owner meeting us at check in. We stayed here after our cruise. Loved being able to do laundry. I will be staying here if in Vancouver again!

What a wonderful place to stay in Vancouver! The host met us outside right as we got out of the UBER! The space was perfect. Everyone had their own “space .” The washer and dryer came in really handy. It was peaceful, yet close to the city.

Everything I hoped
This suite is lovely and suited our purposes well. Communication with the hosts prior to arriving was excellent and Nabeela offered information about getting around town without our own car, if needed. Eddie greeted us shortly after arrival and went through all the things we might need to know and made us feel at home. I would stay again without hesitation.

Our hosts were so friendly and ready to help! Nice grassy backyard for our dog to play, and they provided treats for her. House was nicely appointed with everything one could possibly need. Highly recommended!

Burnaby charm
It was a wonderful first visit to Canada. Your place is perfect for our family of five. Thank you for leaving the light on since we didn't arrive until past midnight. The house is very clean, comfortable and had all the essentials for our stay. Having a washer/dryer is so helpful. Even having a water filter for drinking water is a nice touch! The house is situated in a nice neighborhood and not too far away from downtown Vancouver. Most of our quick excursions were less than 20-25 minutes away. Some of the experiences our family enjoyed included the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, Granville Public Market, Chinatown dim sum, Metropolis at Metrotown, Stanley Park, Brentwood Mall, and Glenburn Soda Fountain for ice cream. We made some new and fun memories as a family. Burnaby is beautitul. The neighborhood has a charm and has lovely views a short walk away. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. We highly recommend your place!

Cute, safe, quiet, clean, central location in Burnaby
It was very clean and organized. Everything looked almost new. It came with a lot of daily necessities including laundry and ironing, cooking supplies, coffee supplies, umbrella, hair dryer, extra towels and blankets, etc. Hosts were very friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. We met their family, and cute dogs! Neighborhood was safe and central location to area attractions. There was free street parking available. Wifi was fast. It is a renovated basement apartment so you might hear a little bit of noise from host upstairs but overall quiet. Beds were comfortable memory foam type. Just wish there were more hooks to hang clothes in bathroom.

Great location close to everywhere with a car
The suite is clean and functional and location is in the centre of GVA, about 30 minutes drive to other major districts. Not to mention Burnaby itself is a nice neighborhood too! The hosts are considerate and provide excellent room tour, communication, and neighbourhood introduction.

Great place to visit with a dog.
We can't say enough good things about Nabeela and Eddy's place. They were incredibly pleasant and left dog treats for our dog. The suite was immaculate, quiet, roomy, and had everything we needed. We hope we get to return some time.

Centrally located, quiet neighbourhood
Nabeela and Eddie are lovely hosts who take pride in offering a comfortable, clean, and well appointed accommodation. The beds are comfortable and if you are bringing a pet, they have a private and fully fenced back yard. We also had a safe storage area for our bikes. If you enjoy mountain biking, this suite provides quick access to the North Shore and other nearby mountains.

Quiet and comfortable, centrally located
This is a thoughtfully taken care of basement suite able to accommodate a small family comfortably. Owners have made useful upgrades since our first stay and are very attentive to their guests needs. Easy access to the freeway gets you anywhere in the city within 30 minutes. We will stay again, and highly recommend!
