About this space
Escape to a charming and newly built 2-bedroom suite in the heart of Clayton Heights, Surrey. This spacious and stylish suite offers 2 queen size beds with ample storage space, fully equipped modern kitchen with all essential appliances, cookware, and utensils, open living and dinning area. Smart TV & High-Speed Wi-Fi, fresh towels and essential toiletries provided, Ample street parking/1 car private parking(reservation needed). Shopping/Restaurants and Parks are all within walking distance.
The space
The suite itself is fully built with upgraded appliances and furniture. There are 2 bedrooms with ultra-comfortable queen-sized beds, a full kitchen with cooking necessities like pots and pans, a coffee machine and a toaster. The living room has a SmartTV and a comfy couch to relax in!

The unit was clean and ready. However, we found two issues that caused a bit of inconvenience for us. The internet in the unit was terrible. Even normal internate usage was causing a lot of problem. YouTube videos look really long to load and was buffering every other minute. It was really difficult to get any work done with the internet that was available. We had to use our phone as a hotspot to work most of the time. Parking was another issue as the street parking was almost always full. It was really hard to get a spot around the property and had to drive around for almost 30 minutes to find a spot.
