This business is fraudulent. Be extremely cautious before booking. I booked a pod for a few hours before a flight out of YVR. Paid for the 'room' through Expedia. Payment was accepted by Panda Pod. When I went to check in they refused to provide accomodations as the credit card ( booked by my dad) wasn't the same as my name. They required a specific email to be sent which was followed literally to the letter. Then they refused accommodation because the email address didn't match his name. REALLY?! If my email address is mudman and my name is Smith or Patel, you will take my money but deny me a place to sleep, that is PAID for, because my email has to match a last name?! Fraudulent. I do NOT recommend this business.

This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, and I was a bit nervous, but the pods were surprisingly private. The staff was very helpful in navigating me around the property, and kept everything very clean. There were plenty of lockers available in multiple sizes, so I felt like my things were secure.
