整體來講好好，只係張床太柔軟，令我們腰酸背痛 . 望改善，附近好方便有多間超市，還有就是停車場方便須改善的，有朋友探訪停車場收費機有問題（以為她張信用卡有問題，本人下樓用三張信用卡都給不了⋯）而且抄牌超快因前方問題上，真的費解？

Good places are worth recommending.

Very nice place, close to the beach, convenient downstairs with supermarkets and restaurants, clean room, good and timely staff service, they provide online 24-hour service, which is worthy of recommendation! Little advice, hope to provide laundry service or equipment, that would be perfect. Air conditioning heating can be improved. Everything else is good!

Everything was great except the shower area needs to be improved as the area outside the shower gets flooded . Shower curtain is nit long enough to prevent water from splasing outside.

Really lovely in a great location. No concierge-having to send ID in advance was odd— but it does feel like a hotel. Our room was off the rooftop garden, nice bonus walkout, high ceilings, nicely appointed kitchen

Excellent location, close to Sunset Beach Stanley Park, and a variety of great restaurants. Grocery store and liquor store within steps, highly recommended!

Insgesamt hatte ich hier ein positives Erlebnis. Die Gegend schien relativ gut, es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb von Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und sehr nah am English Bay zum Wasser. Zimmer war auch Sauber. 5 Sterne gibt es allerdings da diese Unterkunft weder eine Waschmaschine in den jeweiligen Apartments noch im Gebäudekomplex allegemein besitzt, das ist schon etwas schwach für ein Aparthotel. Also muss man für einen längeren Aufenthalt entsprechend Kleidung mitbringen.

Everything was perfect except the staff availability. I suggest there should be someone available at the waiting area or at the reception to assist the guests if anything is required urgently. Chat on the app does-not always work faster.

Great Location and Good Value The location is ideal for getting to the city. You can easily walk to the port, the market hall, or Stanley Park. The accommodation was clean and spacious. The only downside was that the bed felt quite hard in our opinion. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly, and we were satisfied with our stay. The price-performance ratio was excellent.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with this hotel chain. Booked a King room with a terrace 6 months in advance. We were not told at any point they could not accommodate this. Upon arrival we were given 1 bedroom apartment directly beside the entrance door. Very noisy late into the night, very bright lights from main entrance, no black out blinds, no outside area (one of the main reasons we booked the hotel), no TV for bedroom as we were now in a one bedroom with a living room attached rather than the studio we booked. We were told this was an “upgrade” and were provided with earplugs and a white noise machine. If this had been the only room available at booking we never would have booked here. At nearly $600 per night, I was planning to really enjoy this property. That was not the case. The only compensation offered was “Sonders bucks” only to be used at Sonders properties-not useful at all. Bed was “ok”, but for the price was really expecting something more comfortable. Walking around the hotel, it seemed that other rooms would have had a lot greater potential. However, I feel we were stuck in the worst room of the place directly beside the entrance. This should not even be available as a room for anyone. The evening before check out they offered us another room with a terrace (still no king bed). Positive notes- the location excellent , property clean with a beautiful lobby. When staff were there, they were great to deal with, but not always there.

Many local ethnic restaurants nearby as well as a few grocery stores. Walkable area between Stanley Park and Granville Island. Room was spotless and quiet.

No smoking anywhere in the building property is ridiculous policy. Shoving guests out into the public street to prove a point, putting them at risk of being assaulted/robbed. Joke policy
