“It was an extremely disappointing stay. We were 3 families stayed around the new year. Firstly, the property is in a very isolated place and getting there is incredibly hard..for last 1km stretch leading upto the property , there is no road at all and only one vehicle can pass through .if in the opposite direction , another vehicle is coming through , one of them have to take a reverse and reach the starting point ..terrible Food..breakfast had very limited options and not exciting at all for……

Thomas, der Manager, liest den Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab und ist so nett. Die weitere Damen und Herren sind aufmerksam und nett! Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte ein bisschen Schliff gebrauchen. Das hat meinen Aufenthalt aber in kleinster Weise negativ beeinflusst.”

One thing they can improve is the welcoming part when guests arrive.. also please note the road to property around 500 metres is small and narrow, hardly a suv pass through.. otherwise all fine”

NO INTIMATION, WHATSOVER... and they claim to be in the Hospitality business.. How callous and irresponsible... Will never recommend this resort to anyone- Highly Unprofessional.”

“The resort is situated in natural habitat. The ambience is good. You can alway hear the pleasant sound of cricket and the stream. The cottages and facilities seems to be old not well maintained. The buffet is fine. But they are very reluctant to provide room service. Hence if you have difficulty in walking or on wheel chair or with small babies avoid this place. “Over a number of years we have stayed at lots of different hotels in India ranging from 2 star to 5 star and the Oshin Hotel in Kalpetta was the best for us. The standards of hygiene were excellent (no bugs in sight), all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and whatever we asked for e.g. iron and ironing board, extra coat hangers, more towels etc, were produced in moments. What makes this hotel extra special are the staff, every single one of them whether it was a housemaid, reception……
