“Where to start, well this was a very lovely two night stay for my friend and I. We were in town for my birthday and a concert and this stay was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff made us feel at home but there was one employee who really gave top tier customer service and warm hospitality. “This is a 'theme' hotel (its decoration has a very nautical focus, centered around the Battle of Trafalgar). The rooms are named for various sea captains, and the decoration follows that lead. So it is quirky, but nice and comfortable. My wife and I really liked it. The daily breakfast is quite good; but we did not eat in the restaurant -- there were plentiful options throughout Gamala Stan, just steps away.
