“Apartments were traditional basic Greek, as we expected. But we’re clean and perfectly adequate for what we wanted. The pool and loungers were wonderful - a real key attraction. Not too busy and easily got a longer even in the middle of August. At the pool bar, the food and service was great. Only minor comments are that the bar could be pricey - certainly not somewhere you would want to purchase from all day. But we knew this from other reviews. Also, it is up a big hill. But it is manageable……

“The suite was in a super convenient, yet quiet area. We felt safe at night walking down the street to a little restaurant nearby. My adult daughter slept on the comfy couch bed in the living room, so they prepared it with nice sheets and bedding. We were each able to have our separate spaces at night with our own tv’s and privacy. The hotel helped us with transportation from the ferry port by connecting us directly with a taxi company and letting us know what a fair rate was for the ride……

“Spacious and clean with daily visits providing a 'light' clean that left everything as it began. Great views across the inlet and easy viewing from the balcony as long as you do not mind the fairly busy road below. Drivers were mostly casual and considerate and could not be heard from within the property. Convenient location within a few minutes of the market square filled with restaurants and shops as well as the ferry to Lixouri, the second largest town on the island. All in all, we had a……

“We loved our stay at Dafnoudi. The staff were all really helpful and pleasant and the accommodation was clean and nicely decorated. The grounds are beautiful, with pomegranates, figs, limes planted around and jasmine and bougainvillea for scent. We could see the sun set over the sea every evening from our balcony. Our children loved the pool. Within a few minutes drive of Fiskardo and some stunning beaches. ”

Unfortunately we had to cut our holiday short due to personal unforseen circumstances. Panos went above and beyond to help us. ”
