“A aparência exterior choca. Pintua velha e fussuras no reboco, mas interior ok e o quarto é confortável, banheiro e chuveiro ok. O café da manhã, pago à parte é muito bom, com panquecas frescas e laranjas para espremer e fazer suco natural na hora. O estacionamento lota no final da tarde porque o restaurante Pedra Alta que funciona ao lafo do terreo lota! Jantamos lá e vale a pena. Qualudade excelente de carnes e frutos do mar, bons preços, porções enormes (uma dá para 4 pessoas e não duas) e……

“The place was clean, comfortable, rooms are great. The customer service was not so great. The front desk lady was not very nice. It was 2 consecutive days that we staid there and you can tell customer service was not their priority. We tried to reserve one night extra online and was having trouble doing so online and when I called the receptionist she said they are all booked. I understand that but I was going to ask a follow up question and she cut me saying we are all booked again and hung……

“It is clean and the bed is comfortable, but there is a smell like wood. It can be solved by opening the window. Another problem is about the wall, which is too thin and enable you to hear the sound from next room. ( Luckily they stop making “ love” sound in midnight) The staff doesn’t know English, so you may can’t ask him anything , including hotel shuttle service( I didn’t use this service at last) it is convenient to go to ORLY airport.”

“(1) Excellent concierge with comprehensive advices on sightseeing, however the location is a bit far from the city centre. (2) Poor attitude of staff at restaurant, particularly breakfast time. No sympathy to tourists for any food, wrap up everything right on the dot at 10am. (3) Tourists are advised to be back to hotel before nightfall.”
