“Staffs were very helpful but arranging for a taxi to look around trichy was a pain. Wish they were more helpful in arranging taxi/s for guests and could be more informative regarding the places to visit in Trichy as not everyone who visits is from Tamil Nadu. They could hand out some leaflets about places of interest/ temples (mentioning the distance of each place from this hotel) to visit to the guests which would be more useful. Overall it was a good experience.”
“Facilities are clean and comfortable. Staff was great. But by virtue of location (central bus stand) it was noisy. Wi-Fi was very inconsistent. There are a lot of food offerings around the hotel. Skip the restaurant at the facility, but if you must stay in , please, please do not have the penne arrabiatta :)”
“Decent room in a good location. The rooftop restaurant for dinner was nice. However, the breakfast was not up to the mark. Staff and service was great.”

“They had no idea of customer service. Hours to check in. They would not let me check in early so I had to no place to go for hours. Then charged $10 per day for my wife to enter the hotel. Terrible. ”
“It's a good property and clean. They do need to focus more on maintenance like the in room safe wasn't working and during a previous stay the fridge wasn't working. This time the room didn't have a fridge at all which is not suitable for such a hot city.”
“Very very small twin bed rooms. There is no daily room service or cleanup (even though I asked twice as I was staying for 3nights) had to live with Dave room conditions through out my entire stay.”
