smoking into and wall is poor at sound proof

"my room is at 2nd floor, you can smell someone smoking there, the wall is weak at sound proof, you can hear people speaking and even coughing at the room next to you, it is very noisy, they speak very loud , it was 11:30pm and then, i can smell the other guest smoking,and the smoke get into my room, ..."
