“We enjoyed an overnight stay here. Close to the station (but uphill) very comfortable room, very clean. We arrived quite late and it was great to be able to get a drink and snack from the bar. We were able to store our bags there while we went to visit the cathedral. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked good with plenty of sliced ham and cheese, and good value.”

“The property is outside the old town but nice walk to get there. The hotel has a hostel feel to it so great to have a communal space and staff were helpful when any questions were asked. They were happy to have our bags once we had checked out and the safe in the room was great to have. Would stay here again. ”

“It is the worst hotel I had stay since I traveled. Super super super super rude service staff, bad hotel management system. We was paid by credit card when we check in, and they asked money again when we checked out because of system said we didn’t paid. Service asked receipt very fierce and made we feels really uncomfortable (the important thing is they didn’t gave us receipt at first, Fortunately, we have reserved credit card orders.）really really bad experience in my life. Not recommended……

“not the service for four star hotels: disappointed. 1. they cant found our reservation from the computer. (its ok. happened sometimes) but at least dont let us standing and waiting there with big package. and when another customer came after us. they helped them first. we just standing there and watching what they doing. when i asking for sitting in lobby to wait ( which is just near the reception). they still didnt notice its because we tired and waiting too long. just answered it will finish……

“I had a last minute trip to Santiago and was able to find this conveniently located hotel in the centre. The hotel was easy to find at night and check-in was very speedy. All staff were friendly and helpful. The decor was really nice. My room was really big and I had an excellent night’s sleep. I will definitely return here as it’s very convenient for flights arriving late. The breakfast was also really good and I’m extremely happy with this choice.”
