“Overall a terrific place to stay that features everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. Some noise from the occupants upstairs (this is a basement apartment) but nothing that was bothersome.The faucet in the bathroom and the showerhead need some attention (spray /leak) but otherwise everything works well. Communication with the host was lagging but maybe expected as it was through the VRBO app.”

“Planned a trip for hiking at Turkey Run and just relaxing for a couple of days. When the dates came closer there were some weather alerts and warnings. We were very cognizant of the weather. But the owners went above and beyond. Wanting to make sure we were safe. The kindness that was shown was very appreciated. I would definitely recommend this rental. The area and people are so welcoming. Would love to come back and visit!”

“We enjoyed this beautiful home only minutes from Turkey Run State Park. The home has been nicely updated. The furnishings are lovely, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. It is on a state road and the traffic can be heard in the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“We had a wonderful time at this vacation home. Everything was as described—plenty of space to visit with two separate sitting areas & the basement activities. All beds were comfy-including the one in the basement. There are plenty of extra pillows, etc. This home was meticulously clean and we felt “at home”—Sharon has thought of everything and was super responsive to any questions. The outdoor space looks nice but it was too cool for us to utilize— fenced yard, grill, seating and fire pit area……
