Die Lage ist einfach genial, man ist in zwei Minuten am Main und in fünf Minuten am Dom. Nachteilig ist natürlich, dass es in dem Sinne keinen Service gibt. Es gab Probleme beim Check-In, da zunächst ein falscher Schlüsselbox-Code genannt wurde. Die Hausverwaltung war insgesamt telefonisch schlecht erreichbar, ich wurde mehrmals aus der "Warteschlange" gekickt. Das muss sich verbessern.”

“Die Unterkunft entsprach grundsätzlich der Beschreibung. Oberflächlich war auch gereinigt worden, aber eine intensive Grundreinigung plus Wartung hätte gut getan: Die Treppe zur Wohnungstür wurde wohl seit Wochen nicht mehr gekehrt, das Glasgeländer im Dachgeschoß hatte einen deutlichen Belag, Fingertapser auf Toaster usw.. Es gab auch technische Mängel wie einen sehr losen Wasserhahn in Spülbecken (musste man mit der zweiten Hand festhalten), ein Küchenstuhl war am auseinanderfallen, der……
