“I loved my stay at this hotel :) The room was clean and stylish and the internet was super fast, which was great for my business trip. It's in a perfect spot, close to the metro and tram. Plus there are plenty of cafes and grocery stores nearby. The mall Atrium Flora is about 5 minutes away from there. I definitely recommend it! :)”

“Den lilla lägenheten vi hyrde hos Residence Trafick var väldigt fin och modern med all utrustning som kan tänkas behövas med full utrustat kök och med en stor balkong i tyst läge. Badrummet var stort och modernt och köket var modernt, fullt utrustat och praktiskt. Bussar går ofta precis utanför byggnaden, så det är lätt att ta sig in till de centrala delarna. ”

“Overall comfortable and nice unit. Surface level cleanliness overall but not spotless. We specifically booked this unit because on-site parking was provided. When we arrived, we were not able to get in touch with the property owner for details on parking, which resulted in a more stressful check-in. The property owner contacted us the next day only to inform us that the advertised parking option was not available. Apart from the communication/parking issue, the stay was amicable and……

“Sehr entspannter Urlaub. Lage der Wohnung sehr gut, man kann direkt vor dem Haus an der Straße kostenlos parken, die Metro ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Guter Kontskt zum Vermieter bei Frsgen.”

“Väldigt fin lägenhet!! Rent, snyggt och städat. Kändes väldigt nyrenoverat. Trevlig balkong in mot gården. I lägenheten finns allt för att laga enklare måltider o frukost. Trevlig pärm på boendet med olika tips på allt från restauranger till upplevelser. Lugnt och trevligt område att bo i. Promenadavstånd in till Centrum. Med hjälp av instruktioner i bokningen var det enkelt att hitta nycklar, koder osv. Men instruktioner vad som gäller med incheckning/utcheckning kunde varit bättre eftersom……

“All was really perfect, the flat is a great flat, all perfect in the flat. Only one topic is a big problem: parking there is an extremely difficult issue. My colleagues asked me to book another accomodation the weeks after as they had so much difficulties to find a parking in the evening when coming out of the construction site. They had sometimes to park 4-5 km away from the flat. But I checked at FEWO and indicated "with parking". Perhaps there are some parkings near the flat, but in the late……
