“We loved this hotel, it was very clean and comfortable. The room was great, we enjoyed the very efficient bus service into San Sebastián. Although we didn’t get time to swim, the pool and bar looked great! We’d definitely recommend this hotel for a trip to San Sebastián. ”

“Clean, spacious, close to everything! We loved Amaya at the front desk, she was so helpful and the after hours check in was simple. The room was beautiful with a huge outdoor patio including table and chairs. The living room and room each had a door to the patio. The bed was comfortable and clean. The location is very close walking distance to the beach and old town, and there’s a restaurant, and small grocery store right downstairs! The hotel provided coffee pods in the room with a coffee……

“The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was more than ok for 2 stars and somewhat upgraded at the weekend. Overall I loved it. The beach is within walking distance. I wholeheartedly recommend the property.”

“Hotel SANSEbay was one of my top favorite parts of the trip in Donostia-San Sebastian. The location was extremely convenient right between the old town downtown area and Urgull mountain for pleasant hiking. It's also only about 10-min walk to the beach entrance. All the staffs were very friendly and informative! Especially, upon check-in, I got a list of the popular pintxo bars and restaurants including their best selling dishes - which was super helpful! Hotel SANSEbay made an outstanding……
