“Property was excellent. The kitchenette was great, bathroom and living area were spacious. Air conditioning worked very well and balcony was shaded in the afternoon and large enough for two. Free parking could be challenging. The bed was quite firm. ”

Al piano terra della struttura c’è una cucina ad uso comune. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo nell’indicarci le istruzioni per il check-in e dove parcheggiare il veicolo. “Great location super close and easily walkable to the main corridor where all the great restaurants and shops are located. Quiet and gorgeous sanctuary property. Room was in perfect condition and beautifully presented. ”

“Staff were helpful, room was clean and comfy- highlight was our own terrace with hot tub- the view is jaw dropping, especially at night! Breakfast was good and they provide small bowls of snacks if you order from the bar- this was nice while lounging at the pool. Lots of free parking on the street. Getting down to Main Street Modica requires you use hundreds of steps. Just think of all the extra chocolate you can eat while you burn those calories. I’m sure a taxi could be called. The white……

“We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights in october. the location is central, close to Ortigia ( the old part of the town). We missed some details in this aparthment. Just 2 toalett rolls for a 4 night stay of 2 person, no kitchen paper or kitchen towel. The idea is that when you have a kitchen you can at least fix a salad; but there was not even salt and peper in the kitchen. The apartment has a really big balcony with nice view but funiture is not the comfortable to stay some time there,……
