Now three people may sleep in the studio since the arrival of a cot! There is no extra fee for an additional person. So bring your child or invite a friend over.

Also in the studio are two computer fold-up tables that can also serve as individual eating tables. A fold up card table is also in the studio now!!

Your privacy and safety are always assured as this space is encompassed within a 6 foot fenced in area built in 2024 with security lights for you and your vehicle. You have your own private gated entrance to this charming studio. Private entrance with a private bathroom.

Lucy's Studio is peaceful and private and comes with several outdoor seating areas. Lucy's Studio is located in a safe and friendly residential neighborhood and is minutes away from anything you may need.

Lucy's Studio also comes with hi-speed 500 Mbps Fiber Internet, good for up to 20 devices without slowing down. Internet access is free.

There is an easy no contact self check-in and check-out process.

A ten minute drive to the beach and local places of interest, this gem was completely renovated and furnished in 2024. Lucy's Studio is within walking distance of many major brand stores and favorite restaurants.

Two free dedicated parking places are available in the driveway directly in front of the gate to Lucy's Studio. Security and pathway lighting is provided for you and your vehicle.

Lots of parking space is available for those with extra large vehicles, trucks, trailers, boats, etc. that may require a large parking space. A minimal fee may be required for trailers, buses, etc. Text your host for details.

Coffee maker, Keurig machine, complimentary coffee, tea, snacks and bottled spring water are all included in your stay. A microwave, two top stove burners, oven and mini fridge are all available and encompassed within Lucy's comfortable Studio. A fully stocked pantry is available in you your kitchenette. Lucy's Studio also has an iron, clothes steamer, hair dryer, hot iron, and most anything else you can think of.

Venice Beach is just a mile away and is known for its soft white sand and clear turquoise waters of the Gulf. From the 700' Venice Fishing Pier you can cast a fishing line and bring home dinner. Venice Beach is also the Shark's Tooth Capital of the World!

If you need to take in a baseball game, we have the major league AAA teams playing nearby. You can see tomorrow's up and coming major league stars today!! Wellan Park is just down the road.

For golfers, there are many local public and semi-private golf courses including Sarasota National Golf Course. Just think of the type of golf course you want and be assured it's within a 10 minute drive of Lucy's Studio.

For dog owners, Brohard Beach and Paw Park are a must do with your beloved furbaby. Running, swimming and playing are involved for every one and every paw. Many other dog friendly parks are minutes away.

Warm Mineral Springs Park is a 15 minute drive and has an average temperature of 85°. The Spring is rumored to have one of the highest mineral contents of any natural spring in the U.S. and is internationally known for its purported healing qualities. Relax, take in the soothing qualities of these amazing springs and feel those aches and pains magically disappear!!

The host has three lovely and friendly senior retired racing greyhounds. They rarely bark and they sleep through the night. If you happen to see these beauties, who love other dogs and people, it will likely be when the host is out on a relaxing walk with them.
