A Magnificent Hotel. Warm and welcoming staff, new modern rooms in near perfect condition, an easy short walk from St Angelo ferry and close to major tourist attractions and local areas. We had a magical stay for two nights at Palazzo Keller Hotel and will definitely return.

My husband and I had wonderful two nights in Venezia. It‘s the first day of our honeymoon. We have lovely memories in Venezia because they had sent us a message before I got there for preparing something for honeymoon and upgraded our room type! I really appreciate it. We liked the class and taste. Hotel is brand new with good lighting in the bedroom, bathroom and public spaces. Breakfast buffet and the cappuccinos were awesome. Very friendly staff, nice neighborhood and close to San Marco. Very close as well to the a boat station.

This is an exquisite hotel and an excellent option to stay in Venice. My wife and I loved every single detail of it, room was spacious, with great touch for decoration, and I must say, we loved the small details such as the aroma across the whole property, and the vanity kits, and cocktails in the lounge room. They offer a great variety of food for breakfast and all the staff is very polite and always willing to help, they even advices us about to book a water taxi for the day we were leaving since a strike of public transport (vaporetto) was taking place that day. If we return to Venice we will book this hotel for sure!

Beautiful boutique hotel in a 15th-century palazzo located in the San Marco district; five-minute walk to the vaporetto stop and ten minutes to the main piazza. Staff couldn't have been more gracious and helpful, cocktail bar and breakfast room are exquisite. Guest rooms spacious (for Italy) and very comfortable. Will definitely book here again!

The Palazzo Keller is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Primarily because of the royal treatment my mother and I received from the moment we walked through the door. We arrived too early to check-in, but were escorted to a gorgeous sitting room where we could wait with infused waters. Once our room was ready, we were delighted at the size and appointments. Everything was top notch. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We each had our own sink in the bathroom. The toiletries were superior. And everything worked perfectly. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in Italy. Many options for every dietary need. The hotel is also uniquely located in a very convenient location. It is a 3 minute walk to the Saint Angelo bus station (number 1), a 10 minute walk from Piazza San Marco, a 5 minute walk from the Accademia Bridge. This location allows you to be close enough to everything without being stressed out by the crazy Venice crowds. On our last day as I was checking out, we learned that our flight was canceled and rescheduled for the following day. Although the Keller did not have any free rooms, the woman at the front desk found us a nearby hotel that was not part of their portfolio. This was a wonderfully generous gesture and I cannot say enough good things about her. I am planning to revisit Venice within the year with my husband and will definitely be staying here with him! Grazie mille!

Just a wonderful stay. A bit away from the main drags, yet perfectly located to get to everything within 10 minutes. It allowed us to explore Venice without feeling like we were staying in the heart of everything. It meant a much more relaxing stay that staying somewhere that the hotel is trying to the star. This hotel knows it's good so it doesn't have to try. We had a junior suite, which was a perfect size for us, and the A/C helped take the edge off the summer days during our visit. It meant sleeping after a long day was much easier that was anticipated. The breakfast was very substantial and helped get the day started right. The bar is good, and the staff are always able to help with recommendations from food to try to hidden treasure sites to visit. The whole experience was just delightful - I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.
