The hotel itself was fine; however; the check in staff lied to my face and made up a law to charge us an extra 70 euro (130 aud). later i checked this law about children staying in the bedroom was false. however the hotel would not refund the additional charge.

This property was fine but the carpet was very dirty and needed a clean or better still replacing. The tap in the bathroom did not stay on unless you put it on full force and water went everywhere.

À notre arrivée, le personnel a été agréable. Nous avons récupéré notre chambre. La vue était correct et on s’est rendu compte rapidement le soir que le bruit et la musique allait être très difficile. Pour nous. L’hôtel était complet. J’ai été me plaindre mais il n’y avait pas de possibilité de changer de chambre Le bruit s’est arrêté à 1h du matin double peine. Notre chambre est collée au petit déjeuner quand vous ouvrez la porte, vous êtes dans la salle du petit déjeuner chambre 201 et 202 à éviter absolument le lendemain matin. Le personnel a été charmant a compris mon problème. Emma a proposé une chambre au calme où j’ai pu Dormir et je leur remercie dans l’ensemble HOTEL et bien passé, mais l’hôtel devrait rafraîchir les chambres pour 260 la nuit je pense qu’on peut trouver un hôtel. Le seul point positif, le personnel. Par contre le petit déjeuner est très moyen.

Had an amazing stay at the hotel, it’s location is very convenient and close to many restaurants and shops. We took a private taxi boat (150€-160€) from the train station that dropped us off a few steps away from the hotel (about a minute walk). The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very good too. The only downside was the size of the rooms are very small is practically just enough room for the bed and early in the morning it can be quite noisy.

The Riva del Vin Boutique Hotel was wonderfully quaint and full of charm. Its location was excellent - just a short walk from many of Venice’s most popular tourist attractions. Being in such a touristy area, the streets become extremely crowded from around 11:00/12:00 until 21:00/22:00 during the high season. Our room was cosy, and breakfast was included each morning from 07:15 to 10:15 (Rafaella was exceptional!). The only real drawback was the noise - something we had anticipated given the hotel’s location on the canal, where music, conversation, and the occasional shouting could be heard from early morning until late at night. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and overall, we enjoyed a very pleasant stay.

Staff at the hotel are wonderful and went out of their way to help with everything from directions, restaurant recommendations to booking water taxis. They even walked us for he taxi pickup location when we left. Breakfast was really nice. Great location on the grand canal but still quiet enough in our rooms. Always felt safe.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Every interaction was warm and professional, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Enjoyed our stay here. I loved that it was near the Rialto Bridge and their balconies have an amazing view. The hotel was quiet and very clean. Loved our room. Very comfortable and spacious.
