“My husband and I just stayed at this property for 5 days. It is a nice size and is very well located. We could easily walk to the shops & restaurants on Abbot Kinney and to the beach. The property manager was very responsive. As with most properties in Venice, there is no AC - but it cooled down quite a bit at night and the fans were sufficient. ”

“The host was great from the booking of the reservation. The home is the best hidden gem in Venice Beach. Access to the beach was 2 minutes. Walk to Abbot Kinney was 5 minutes. We enjoyed our stay immensely. I could go on and on how wonderful this beautiful home is and our family loved the private rooftop. We will be coming back. ”

“The place was amazing. Perfectly located being a 5-6 minute walk to the beach board walk. The owner actually was very helpful when I arrived. He even checked on me to be sure things were well.
