THINGS TO KNOW:
-This home is located a short ferry away from the Channel Islands National Park.
-Please note that your booking charges do not include the pet fee of $150(plus tax)/pet. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150(plus tax)/pet fee will be required to be paid separately to the property management company prior to check-in.
-There is a private fenced in studio on the back corner of the property used occasionally. This studio has no access to the Beach Palm property as it is behind the same beach type fencing as neighboring properties.
-There is a removable baby gate to prevent access to hallway and spiral staircase.
-There are beach towels, beach chairs, and one beach umbrella available for use at this property.
