“very beautiful property. although was not expecting it to be so close to the road. everything was wonderful except for the patio down below has a bee's nest built behind the couch I was stung twice our dog was stung multiple times. the water inside of the camp the hot is cold and the coldest hot the door knob needs fixed just small things minus that we enjoyed our stay”

“My husband and I have been going to Tionesta for some time now. He grew up going to a family camp in the area and it is a fabulous place for fishing, hiking, tubing in the summer and just unwinding. There are some extremely nice wineries around the area. This little cabin was adorable and very efficient. The owner was easy to deal with and anxious to please. “I was there with my wife and one of our daughters to attend a memorial for a deceased family member. My wife of 56 years has Alzheimer's so travel can be challenging, but our stay was very enjoyable even with the challenges. The property is excellent but I think it was the communication with our host that was the most exceptional. The worst part of the trip was leaving! Sitting around the campfire has always been a source of enjoyment and our time there was no exception. While we live 600 miles……

“My 19 yr old daughter has always wanted a treehouse, but never had one. We decided since she never had one of her own, we should at least stay at one and found this beautiful treehouse! The pictures are spot on and the treehouse is even cooler in person! Everything feels so welcoming and inviting, including the touches by the host, such as the local bottle of wine! The lights on the walk bridge and the outside of the treehouse make it look so pretty at night. The remote location is perfect and……

“Loved the proximity to Cooks Forest. There’s a nice brewery nearby as well. The cabin had cute touches and a fairly well equipped kitchen, however the interior doors do not stay closed themselves. Also it’s close to alumber mill that is a bit noisy. ”

“We had an excellent weekend at the cabin, very happy with the ax throwing/swings by the fire. We are used to traveling/camping so brought many things with us to make the weekend easier. - The backyard is not well lit & puddles water. Need flashlight/headlamp, rubber boots, & extra trash bags to cover the wet seats. The owner and his helpful daughter brought us two boxes of dry wood. Thank you! Lighter fluid was provided, no matches. Patio fireplace was not used: cushions left out in the rain……

“We wanted a quiet place for a few nights right on the river and this place was it. Lovely home with everything you could need (plus some). Lovely property, deck and fire pit area that were all well maintained. Access to the river for fishing. Can't beat it. We've stayed in a lot of places and this has to seriously be, by far, the nicest one. We'll be back when we can stay a little longer.”
