Located in the peaceful Vera Coast Urbanization, this air-conditioned duplex offers comfortable accommodation for up to six guests. Just a 10-minute walk from the beach, the property features a shared swimming pool, garden views, and a private patio—perfect for relaxing outdoors. A nearby playground adds family-friendly appeal.

The home includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. A private terrace provides additional space to unwind. Essentials like general supplies, a bakery, and restaurants are all within walking distance, while Playa de las Marinas is just 300 meters away.

With easy access to Playa del Puerto del Rey and Playa La Caracola, plus proximity to Almería Airport (63 km) and Huercal Hospital (32 km), this location is ideal for beach lovers and explorers alike. A security deposit will be required before check-in, with details provided separately.

Alojamiento con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones. Muy limpio y acogedor. Con aire acondicionado en habitación matrimonio y ventiladores de techo en todas las estancias. La ubicación muy buena. Cuenta con dos piscinas grandes estupendas. La urbanización muy tranquila y la comunicación con el dueño excelente, muy pendiente de todo. Repetiremos.
