“The online 1-star rating is not really justified. Although basic, this place is worth the $55 fee. The Hotels.com experience is to be avoided, they overcharged on the rate. The room was basic, the bed below average, but seeing the many species and number of sea birds in the early morning is a treat. The dirt driveway to the site is a biet of a pain.”

Gabi die Besitzerin ist eine wirkliche Gastgeberin und überaus freundlich und bemüht den Gästen eine schöne Zeit zu bieten. Die Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel ist sehr erholsam und entspannt, keine laute Musik nur das Rauschen des Meeres ist zu hören. “Excellent accommodation: Room, grounds, and common area are beautifully decorated and spotless clean. Staff were friendly & helpful. Only problem was issue with hot water heater the day of our stay. ”

“Our room had some drawbacks, like many gaps between the roof and walls that enable insects to go inside, but we used our own mosquito net and we were safe to sleep quietly. The second night ants invaded our room, we were offered to be moved to another room, but we were ok with the solution to spray them as we weren't in the mood to pack all our belongings. Reynaldo who runs the hostel is really nice guy, very attentive, helpful and available any time of the day. He is also behind the local……

“Es war wirklich traumhaft schön. Die Bungalows sind sehr geräumig, perfekt ausgestattet, sehr sauber und die Aussicht grandios!!! Extrem sympathischer Gastgeber, der auch vorzüglich kocht!!!! Der vorgelagerte Strand ist wunderschön und absolut sauber!!! Der Sonnenuntergang ist einzigartig. Die umliegende Region ist wunderschön und der Gastgeber gibt perfekte Tipps!! Danke!!!!”

“Great house in the Santa Catalina area, with privacy and an awesome property. The owners were so nice, and they conveniently arranged some horses for us to horseback ride on their property and at the nearby beach, which was fantastic. Great conversation with them as well, they were both very friendly and helpful. The beach was conveniently located, and we were able to walk down to a restaurant 5 minutes away. The pool was also perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!”
