“We loved the location and the size of the house. It was s perfect to meet up with our family from Al. My only complaint was the microwave didn’t work, the pool was torn apart, only a couple of the kitchen outlets worked, and we only had one kitchen towel to dry the dishes. All of these were minor in the grand scheme of things. Overall we had a terrific stay and will be using this property again in the future .”

“I have stayed at many VBRO sites and this one was the one I never wanted to leave. Beautifully situated on Lake Lay, the home was inviting and warm, but not pretentious - it felt like HOME. The owners were easy to communicate with, answered all questions in a timely manner and super helpful. The location is perfect - just far away enough to feel like a retreat, but close enough to great food and other fun. Oak Mnt State Park not too far, and highly recommend a trip to that. Danielle's home far exceeded our needs and expectations, and at the end of the trip, we all expressed a little disappointment that we didn't stay a little longer just to enjoy her home and its many amenities on beautiful Lake Martin. “Cabin is on a peninsula and secluded. Great access to boat ramp (Waxahactchee Marina) just up creek. Cabin had everything needed and communication with host was flawless. Will stay again.”

“We came to Wetumka for a family reunion. In our party, we had an 11 year old, a 15 year old and nine adults. The house is huge and we all had adequate room; there were comfortable beds for everyone; activities for all ages to include fishing, taking the pontoon boat out to explore Lake Jordan;, relaxing on the huge deck; watching tv in almost every room.
