Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig, ebenso sehr sauber, man hat alles was man braucht, zu Fuß erreicht man einen kleinen Bäcker und ein Restaurant, mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten an einem Supermarkt oder man findet genügend andere Restaurants in der Nähe. Lediglich die Einfahrt in die Garage ist mit größeren Autos schwierig. Man kann aber vor der Wohnungsanlage problemlos parken. Der Blick vom Balkon entschädigt aber für alles.
