“We had a wonderful stay at La Bastide. Julian is an excellent host - very welcoming and interesting to chat to, speaking excellent English. The property is very charming, extremely peaceful and relaxing, and feels authentically Provençal. The breakfast was delicious, served in the atmospheric kitchen. Julian has done a brilliant job renovating this beautiful farmhouse. Highly recommended!”

“A quiet, beautiful sanctuary in the heart of Provence.Mireille and Jean Pierre were incredibly gracious, even with our language barrier, and made us feel right at home. The breakfast they delivered each morning was truly top-notch, and the pool and grounds were absolutely lovely. “We wanted to love this charming spot. The host was very kind. But we encountered several issues which made our stay a bit frustrating. We did not discover till the day before checkin that we needed to bring our own bed sheets and towels. The host claimed this was listed on the site but it is nowhere to be found on Vrbo. It is also quite difficult to find,especially at night, and located on a rocky unpaved roads (we were unaware of this and fortunate the car could handle it). Finally we incurred……
