The only issue we had was the code for the door didn't work the first time, called the number listed on my confirmation email, the guy we spoke to was more than helpful and friendly. “Deep clean is needed especially for the bathroom and kitchen. It smells in the property… bathroom is dirty and stinky (no ventilation) and so as the kitchen. We had to open both doors in order to get airflow for fresh air. ”
