Pros: Clean, comfortable, good location, close to many good restaurants for any budget. Comfortable beds and pillows.
Cons: Bad experience when connecting to the WiFi. The system tried to force me to enrol in their rewards program and when I clicked on not to get into the rewards program, I got a message stating something like: “I understand that the hotel does not offer free WiFi” and that I had to pay. I got mad, accepted the rewards, put my info in, and the system said something like: “we could not enrol you, enjoy 7 days of free WiFi”.
I reported this to the front desk lady, and she just focused on the money asking if I was charged, I said “no”, and it seems she did not understand why I was complaining if I got free WiFi at the end. She did not even apologize.
She did not care at all.
Chairs in the breakfast area are terrible, they should be upgraded.
Toilet paper was the worst I have had in years in a hotel this class. I travel a lot and I am sure many ladies would know what I am talking about if they see this quality of toilet paper.
Breakfast are more or less standard in this kind of hotels, but the options in this hotel is among the poorest I have had.
