“Owner was wonderful, had a miscommunication early on, which wasn't his fault, but he still offered an additional day to us. Location was a 30 second walk to St. George Street, we parked out car and walked everywhere all week.Would stay again!”

“Best thing about this place is the parking!Worst thing was a worker was on the deck when we arrived and continued to work for about an hour. Would have loved the heads up. Thankfully he didn’t stay long and when he returned the next day, we left for the day and didn’t have to worry about where he was. We did not use the kitchen so can’t respond to any of it. Overall, I would highly recommend this place! I would stay here again for sure!”

“So fun! Easy check in and out, easy walk to the beach, easy walk to food (tacos and other good stuff), outdoor shower was great after the beach. They include beach items and kitchen was serviceable for cooking your own meals. House was clean and well taken care of. Nice area. ”

“We stayed here from Thursday-Sunday. Getting in was easy and parking wasn’t an issue. Inside the unit was very clean and spacious. While we didn’t need a full kitchen, it’s still nice to have the option. Like another review had mentioned, we parked the car and pretty much walked everywhere that we wanted to go. Far enough away from downtown where it’s not super loud, but close enough to not need to drive. We would absolutely stay here again… and plan to. ”

“It was our first time in St Augustine and we loved it. The property is just as described and it was great. We were steps from everything. Shops, restaurants, and tours were all just a few short steps away. The bay front was only a couple of blocks away as well as the fort and the old city gates. We drove to the fountain of youth but it was definitely within walking distance for the more adventurous. The house was perfect, stocked well, clean, and perfectly placed to enjoy downtown without……
